book detritus – S01E03 – Bonanza Bus
Here is a copy of a Bonanza Bus (part of the Peter Pan Bus line) passenger receipt from September 13th, 2000. This particular passenger traveled from Boston, Massachusetts to Providence, Rhode Island on a one way ticket.
This particular item was found in a copy of a play by David Mamet.

This copy of Weather Report is from July, 1974. It appears to be a small pamphlet published and distributed by PSI (now Duke Energy).
Contents include:
- Indiana State Fair prize winning fudge recipes by Mrs. Phyllis Vance of Rockville, Indiana.
- Quotes about society and technology, “The speed and power of modern cars help bring things closer together—like this world and the next.”
- And there are some tidbits on America’s favorite topic of conversation, “Lightning in the south brings little else but drought.”
