<p><strong>PSA 01</strong></p>
<p>About a year ago my windpipe blew up in my throat.  I was always on a choker collar for walks.  I tugged really, really hard &#8217;cause I was anxious to smell.  I only went for a walk once a week.  Even though I was walked infrequently, my windpipe still shattered and exploded in my throat.  I died two weeks later, because my owner could not afford the surgery for an artificial, plastic windpipe.  Please walk your dog with a harness if you want them to live.</p>
<p><strong>PSA 02</strong></p>
<p>I used to go for walks everyday of the week.  I had a choke collar that I wore every time.  After about three years my windpipe collapsed and I was not able to breathe properly through my nose or mouth and it obstructed my regular speaking voice.  Please let your dog wear a harness when you go for a walk.  It could save their life.</p>
